Mauro Veglio recovered the winery of his father Angelo in 1992 and then decided to change course reducing the production per hectare in way to obtain a more elegant and less agressive wine. Now the vineyards is 12 hectares large and Mauro Veglio produces 60 000 bottles per year, included 4 Barolo crus Arborina, Rocche dell’Annunziata, Gattera to La Morra and Castelletto to Monforte. Daniela and Mauro are also members of the association L’Insieme that grows money selling the L’insieme wine together with other winemakers, to finance projects of development all around the world.
