Alessandro Garello is the butcher of La Morra with his shop located in the center of La Morra where you can find the “fassone” meat (Piedmontese quality of veal) from local growers. He also sell chicken, rabbit, sheep meat and sausages with Barolo wine inside. He is the official sponsor, for the meat, to Mangailonga, the famous enogastronomic walk that takes place every year to La Morra, the last sunday in august.
