Giovanni Cogno produces is a craftsman that produce many specialities with hazelnuts: biscuits, cakes, chocolate… He grilles the famous “tonda gentile” hazelnut by himself and use good raw materials without any conservatives and aromes.

You can also visit the laboratory and taste and buy directly.
