After 13 years as the chef of La Fermata of Spinetta Marengo, the 1 star Michelin Andrea Ribaldone has opened 1 year ago Osteria Arborina restaurant in the heart of the Langa Barolo area, exactly in front of the Barolo DOCG Arborina cru in Annunziata of La Morra, in province of Cuneo.
The restaurant neighbouring Relais Arborina a small and elegant accommodation facing the beautifull Barolo area landscape, that is connected to the group Châteaux & Hôtels Collection, a reference all around the world for charme hotels and gourmet restaurants in Europe directed by Alain Ducasse since 1999.
Osteria Arborina proposes a traditional menu and an innovative menu.
“Agnolotti di Fassona” as the historical dish remembering a journey in Japan (I mean classic ravioli served on a iced plate), “Risotto alle spezie” from the world, “Spaghetto Milano” or “il Vitello e il Tonno” are some of the dishes you can really appreciate to Ribaldone restaurant.
At the 1st floor takes place the so panoramic grill terrace as a more informal bistrot where you can taste some starters, charcuterie, grilled meat, selection of cheese an desserts.
